Iām writing first to tell you what a great job Gloria did this past week. Iād forgotten to lay out new sheets for the bed, and they found the sheets in the washer, put them in the dryer, and put them on the bed. I was very impressed. Please tell them they are the best! But I will try to remember to have the sheets dried and waiting on the bed for their next visit!

I just wanted to send a commendation note concerning one of my cleaners, Karen. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful worker she is. I asked her to do a special cleaning job in my home today, and mentioned that it would be great if she could get it done the next time she came to clean.
