Lupita joined the Elite Pro Home Cleaning family in 2012 and has been a valuable addition to our team ever since. Before joining Elite Pro Lupita worked at Macy’s as a Sales Manager at the Loreal counter. Lupita started out as a cleaner with Elite Pro and quickly began learning about the office processes. From there she grew into our internal operations lead and was recently promoted to our Customer Service Lead. Lupita is responsible for training, scheduling, quality control, and communications from the customers to employees. Lupita is responsible to ensure our customer service is the highest in the industry.
